    People come here to get a variety of opinions on health issues, and you are as welcome as anybody else to express your opinions. I would just say that Dr. Brewer made all of those CIMT test videos for a reason, and he didn't believe that he was wasting his time. The one thing that Dr. Brewer has pointed out has been that the ability to objectively evaluate new information is critical to achieving a solid foundation on improving health. People can judge how much emphasis to put on a person's opinions based upon how those opinions were formed and not by how many times those opinions are stated.

    Two points:
    1. Know your CAC score. If it's over 100 take a statin.
    2. Don't waste time and money on a CIMT.
