  • Carnosine: Anti Glycation Supplement

On Ivor Cummins podcast, Dr PAul Mason talked about Carnosine which is anti glycation properties. He prescribes that to high risk cardio patients and has seen reversal of high A1C and also possibly kidney damage. Has anybody taken that? Can it be taken by medium risk patients to?

Here is some info from WebMD about Carnosine

Today, Amazon is delivering my order of L-Carnosine. I hope it works.
I take as gospel, anything Paul Mason says. He's brilliant and more knowledgeable than anyone I've seen in the LCHF/T2DM on-line community. Must watch.
